New PAH booklet

Here at The Somerville Foundation we are proud of our track record of working in partnership with a range of organisations to find ways to improve the lives of GUCH patients.

You may have seen recent news items helping the Downs Heart Group to recruit volunteers and the Children’s Heart Federation to find workshop attendees. We also work with the British Heart Foundation and a range of other charities on the CVC (Cardio Vascular Coalition) and where appropriate individual researchers and academic institutions.

Recently we have been working with the pharmaceutical company Actelion. Together we produced the report - Taking a Breath: A UK Report on Patient and Carer Perspectives: A time of opportunity to focus on services provided for people living with a congenital heart condition & pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH)

Draft booklet

In partnership with Kostas Dimopoulus (Royal Brompton Hospital) and Linda Griffiths (Manchester Royal Infirmary), Actelion and The Somerville Foundation have produced a new booklet on PAH.

It would be really helpful if you let us know what you think about this booklet by having a look at it and completing our survey. We are very focused on outcomes, making sure that our information is understandable, relevant and that it will make a positive difference to you.

Please let us know, what do you think?
