Helpline over Christmas

Our patient helpline (0800 854 759) and email support (helpline@thesf.org.uk) will offer a reduced service from 21st December 2015 – 3rd January 2016 inclusive. Our National Director, John Richardson will be picking up calls over this period, but please leave a clear message with your name and telephone number if there is no reply.

We understand that Christmas can be a difficult time of year for many, and the following organisations are available if you feel you need support:

  • The Samaritans  116 123 (UK & ROI) - Free to call.
  • Childline 0800 1111 - Calls are confidential and won’t appear on your phone bill.
  • The Citizens Advice Bureau England: 03444 111 444 / Wales: 03444 77 20 20 / Text relay users: 03444 111 445 - Calls to these numbers cost the same as calling 01 and 02 numbers.

For medical queries contact your GUCH specialist centre or the NHS, call 111.

The Somerville Foundation office closes at midday on Christmas Eve and re-opens on Monday 4th January 2016.

With best wishes for Christmas and the New Year from The Somerville Foundation team.
